Privacy statement

Bac Orchids BV, Herenweg 45, 2751 DC Moerkapelle, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. We are restrained with data: this site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

What data we process

Only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not ask for more than is needed to answer your enquiry.

What we use it for

Solely to answer and handle your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, plus a reasonable period for any follow-up questions. After that we delete them.

Who we share data with

Messages from the contact form are delivered to us by e-mail through Google Workspace (Gmail); Google processes that e-mail as a data processor. Beyond that we share your data with no one, unless required by law.

Security

The connection with this website is encrypted (https). Access to the mailbox is limited to the staff answering your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. E-mail info@bacorchids.com or call +31 (0)6-224 661 96. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
